I've purchased and installed BlueMusic. How can I register it?I've purchased BlueMusic but the serial key comes as invalid, why?The serial license key is generated based on a particular device info. Most of the time this info is the Owner name or a special Device ID (as presented in the Product's registration user interface). If the serial key has been generated
using the wrong Owner name/Device ID, it will come as invalid.
Make sure the Device ID (Owner name, IMEI, etc) shown in the software is exactly the same with the one used in your order and that there are no typos or white spaces after.
Read the software manual to learn where to check the Device ID (Owner name, IMEI, etc). If the ID is incorrect, the registration key will come as invalid.
Also, keep in mind that the serial license key only contains hex digits, A..F, 0..9 so make sure you've entered it correctly.
