Call Waiting Problem in Wizard

Dear All,

I have this problem in my K-Jam (Wizard) running WM5, when I'm calling an X party in which X got Call waiting enabled and X is making a conversation with Y, the Wizard doesn't display anything which keep ringing and that's so annoying to the second party, any1 can help me on this .
further more this feature is available on most cellphones, and i need it badly, cuz i'm using the phone 24/7 "i'm workin for one of the gsm companies", i'm ready to give help, even the SS7 signaling OC traces for the cases with/out callwaiting.
