License Agreement

The use of Teksoft Freeware is subject to the following terms and conditions.

The Teksoft Freewareis copyrighted material. It is protected by the copyright laws. You may not make any changes or modifications to the Teksoft Freeware. You may not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse-engineer the software in any way. You are free to copy and to distribute it only as Freeware meaning that you cannot gain any commercial benefits from it.

You are entitled to use the product freely for an unlimited ammount of time.

Limited Warranty

While every precaution has been taken in the compilation of this data, the publisher, Teksoft, assumes no responsability for errors or omissions. Neither is any liability assumed for damages resulting from the use of this software.

We shall not be responsible for any problems or damage caused by the Teksoft Freeware that may result from using it. This includes, but is not limited to, computer hardware, computer software, operating systems, and any computer or computing accessories. End user agrees not to hold us responsible for any problems arising from the use of the software.

We shall not be responsible for any unavailability of the software because of network outages on the licensee's network, on the internet and on our hosting provider's network. Nor shall we be responsible for downtime of our servers due to network outages, electricity failure, hardware failure, software failure and any natural, human or extraterrestrial disasters.

We shall not in any case be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or other similar damages arising from any breach of these warranties even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


The above constitutes the license agreement for Teksoft Freeware software. It supersedes any and all previous license agreements.
