wceload options from ceappmgr

If I launch a setup.exe program that calls ceappmgr (ActiveSync), then how can I specify command line parameters to wceload? ActiveSync starts the installation of my CAB using wceload's defaults as soon as the CAB is copied over.

Yes, I could cancel the installer and kick off our custom installer (that calls wceload with our parameters), but our techs out in the field won't know to do this.
