Scrolling Text On The Screen ?

Hi ,
I am trying to implement a scrolling view for a line of text on the screen of Pocket PC 5.0, I am using WIN 32 .Text is coming from the server and it can be anything for example News or stocks prices. I have to display this text at little below the top edge of screen.
There can be Two line of scroll text , each moving with different speed . At least one Text line will always be there on the screen , other can be hided according to the need. What can i do to get this effect , after searching
in SDK i found a Function ScrollWindowEx , but i am unable to use it , as i can't understand where to call it. Help me .
