the mouse sometimes works and other not

Hello I have a HP Ipaq 214 with windows mobile 6

I have installed their program USBinput. It is that there sometimes are not problems and the mouse goes perfect, but most of the times don't work... it is aleatory sometimes if, although most of the times are not. I have proven with several mice, and the result is the same one.

Following the instructions of the forum, I have enabled the debug-mode and I attach him the files that have been written.
