Cannot register on HTC HD2

I cannot register it, still tapping the red or green square. Also it does not do what the video showed, I guess because it is not registered, trying to change the format.

Hello,

make sure your Owner name on your device is the same with that used to register the software . Then open Input Options and go to the registration screen to enter the key.

I am also havving difficulties registering this program on my HD2. My username matches just fine, but when I type in the serial key it says It is invalid. I tried typing it in exactly as it appears in the e-mail with all the spaces and dashes in between the groups of numbers and letters but that didn't work. I tried typing it all as one large thing without the spaces and dashes and that didn't work. It's quite frustrating. Any ideas? Should I perhaps request a new serial key you think?

Are you sure the Owner name is correctly configured?

If it's not, the serial key will come as invalid. The owner name on your device must be the same with the one you've provided when purchasing the product.

Feel free to install the Freeware Mysettings app, from www.teksoftco.com , freeware section. Using it you can access the Owner Information applet and double check the settings.
