Hi,

I can get my mouse to be recognized by my ATT Tilt, but cannot get BlueMouse to see it. I get the message:

Mouse is correctly configured, but it appears as disconnected! Press OK to open the manual for troubleshooting.

Here's my setup:

Device - ATT Tilt
OS - MS WM 6.1
Mouse - Dell PU705 (mini travel BT mouse)

Here's what I've tried so far:

1. Tried BlueMouse standard installation and setup (ie, followed steps in install docs). Got the problem above. Then started looking through the troubleshooting guide (when you click OK).

2. Tried deleting the WM bluetooth connection for the mouse. Added it again.

3. Made sure Input check box was set.

4. Made sure BT services turned on.

5. Uninstalled BlueMouse and reinstalled it.

6. Rebooted my PPC.

7. Deleted and re Paired the BT mouse again.

8. Uninstalled my Stowaway BT Keyboard software and tried all the steps above again.

9. Searched through this forum for ideas. Searched through the FAQ.

10. Tried a variety of what I tried above again.

11. I laughed, I cried, I got mad.

12. Regained my composure 8) and entered a request for help in this forum.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

PS. I have no idea which "BT Stack" I have. How do you find out?
